Of course this is pretty basic and we also run into the fact that I’m not prone to measuring anything, but basically so long as you achieve the texture of BBQ sauce (which means add vinegar/water if it’s too thick, cook it down if it’s too thin) and it’s tasty, you’ve won the BBQ game.

As I’m uploading this my phone is still broke. I still could take this home and clean it up on my laptop, but I’m trying to save myself some time and stress so I don’t have an anxiety meltdown altogether, so I hope you’ll forgive the smudginess 🙂
